PostShuttle is the trade name of the social scheduling service described on this site ("Service"). The Service is owned and developed by PostShuttle. These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you and PostShuttle("we," "us," or "our") . By accessing or using the Service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, or you are under 18 years of age, do not use the Service.
PostShuttle is a web-based scheduling tool aimed at solo founders and individuals who want to plan and publish posts to connected social accounts (for example X, Mastodon, Facebook, Bluesky, and Instagram—subject to change as described on the Service). PostShuttleprovides account linking, composition, scheduling, billing, and related features. The Service is provided "as is," and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of it with reasonable notice where practicable.
The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and are not prohibited from using the Service under applicable law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

We offer various subscription plans for PostShuttle. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will apply to your next billing cycle.
We may offer a free trial (for example 14 days) for new users. Trial length and eligibility are shown at signup or on the Pricing page and may change. The trial does not require a payment method unless we clearly say otherwise at checkout. When the trial ends, paid scheduling features are restricted until you subscribe to a paid plan—we do not charge you automatically unless you have explicitly started a paid subscription and provided a valid payment method.
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or publish through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and transmit your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

The Service integrates with third-party social networks, payment processing (e.g. Stripe), email delivery, hosting, and other vendors. Your use of each network is subject to that provider’s terms and policies. We are not responsible for outages, API changes, moderation decisions, or content removal by third parties. Fees and taxes charged by third parties (such as app-store or bank fees) are separate from our fees for PostShuttle unless we state otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostShuttle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PostShuttle, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to PostShuttle in its operation of the Service, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country require otherwise.
